Xylveranna is set to be a 2d Top Down Action Adventure focusing mainly on exploration, combat and puzzle solving, highly inspired by Legendary games such as Zelda, Metroid, Resident Evil, and even more obscure titles like Terranigma while at the same time adding its own twist.
While the demo is mostly gameplay focused the story will follow its protagonist Rao who after spending a night at the Xylveranna Hotel he will wake up to its horrors and be forced to fight his way across the different obstacles, monsters and bosses by obtaining different weapons, techniques and items to improve his combat and mobility prowess. The game is still a work in progress but this demo is fully playable, and it includes the early hours of what will eventually be a whole world to be explored however the player sees fit. Xylveranna is 100% original that includes all of its artwork, enemies, music etc. NO AI was used to make this game.
