R-Type-style insect warfare on the ZX Spectrum Next!
The insects have come. A hive mind of smart, armoured, engineered insects is flying living ships out of a mothership the size of a moon.
You fly the Monarch, a butterfly-winged fighter, through their hive on a flower world, down into their burrows, and along the hull of the mothership to its bridge, where the ones who fly it sit at their consoles.
A horizontal scrolling shooter that plays like R-Type, only slower, with plenty of room to learn the terrain, because the terrain kills.
