Balloon Saw beta-06 (Atari 7800)

Author:"A game made as challenge from our podcast Into The Vertical Blank to remake / demake and old game of ours.  This game Balloon Saw was from our 2010 book "The Essential Guide To Flash Games".  This is a much more elaborate version of that game.  
Note: The main evil-clown song is an RMT Pokey tracked version of a mistake A.I. created when I asked for a link to the notes for "Entry Of The Gladiators".  I tracked the notes I thought were for that classic public domain "circus song" and added my own "poor man's" harmony and percussion, and it turned into what is here.   I was like "WTF is this?"  I did an extensive search to try to find out where this song came from and how it was such a glaring mistake, but I came-up with nothing.   It just lives as an evil clown hallucination and a warning about how A.I. can make terrible mistakes if you don't check the work.  No other A.I. was used in the creation of this game".
