Traffic is a short traffic simulation and puzzle game, originally released for the Commodore 64 in 1984, followed by the Amstrad CPC in 1985 and the MSX in 1986.
You are the Head Traffic Controller in Paris, and your task is to keep vehicles moving smoothly through busy intersections by changing the traffic lights from red to green.
Use the cursor to select a junction and press the fire button to switch the lights. If queues grow too long, the game ends — but if you manage the traffic successfully, you'll advance to more challenging parts of the city.
Two original versions of Traffic were released: London and Paris editions. The current translations and hacks are based on the Paris edition.
