Title: Solar Fox II: Space Evaders
Ported from the ColecoVision, this is an action game where you must clear the stage of all flashing energy cores while dodging attacks from Hellhounder ships on either side of the screen. Fast reflexes required for the MSX1 based game.
As a runner for hire, you pilot the Solar Skimmer, a sleek spacecraft built for stealth and scouting, but completely unarmed. To succeed in this mission, you’ll need to rely solely on your speed and reflexes to steal energy cores, but the opponents -known as the Hellbounders- won’t make it easy. They’ve stationed ships around their territory, ready to surround and incinerate anyone who dares to escape with their stash, using a relentless barrage of firewall lasers.
With Solar Fox II, Author JessCreations has contributed a solid MSX1 title for this year’s dev edition, packaged as a 32K ROM with a manual included.
