Title: Brain Teaser
Genre: Puzzle
Author(s): Y. R. Sova
Medium: ROM 32KB / disk 720KB
Hardware requirements: MSX1
Second entry at dev25 is for Y.R. Sova and his game called Brain Teaser, a port of an existing game.
This puzzle game indeed teases the mind to think critically.
Back in 1993, Wim Nijland developed a small puzzle game for the OS/2 Warp operating system called
Brain Teaser. The goal of the game was to adjust the button patterns until only five buttons were disabled, with the rest enabled. Jump ahead to 2025, and this game gets a port for the MSX1 architecture.
Solving a brain teaser can be a satisfying experience. Whether it’s cracking a tricky riddle, working through a word puzzle, or nailing a logic problem that sparks an “aha” moment, these challenges mix fun with a bit of frustration. This is exactly what you can expect of the game Brain Teaser. A straightforward yet challenging MSX puzzle.
Select digits from 1 to 9 using the keyboard number keys. A brief introduction screen provides instructions on solving the puzzle.
