Futuristic SEUCK Reduxarcade blaster by Richard of TND
The New Dimension is very pleased to present a fast-paced and futuristic push scrolling arcade shoot 'em up. This game was originally created and developed using the "Shoot Em Up Construction Kit" and was later re-mastered using Martin Piper's SEUCK Redux engine with ACME cross-assembler.
Hyper Hive consists of the following features:
- Loading screen with loading bitmap and loading music
- Front end presentation, featuring hi score table
- In game sound options such as music or sound effects
- Pixel-accurate sprite collision (sprite to sprite)
- Smart sprite multiplexor, allowing up to 32 sprites to appear on screen
- Animated character background graphics (water, void)
- Three different power ups
- 4 Levels of tough blasting action. with a mean end of level boss at the end of each stage to defeat (before moving on to the next level).
- Different set background colour schemes per level.
- BONUS Content: Raw game file, and SEUCK work files.
