You need to understand The ZX Spectrum Screen Memory Layout. As described here, the internal memory addresses that are used to store the data that makes up the ZX Spectrum’s screen output, are laid out in what (initially) appears a confusing order.
Once this is loaded, the challenge of Display File Hunter becomes selecting the right option on the tool, copying the address given from the game, and guessing roughly whereabouts on the screen 14,17 is.
